perfect spot for city strolls and park relaxation

I had a great experience staying here with fine views of the Villarrica volcano, and I loved that it was just a short walk to the main plaza where all the action happens and also close to Playa Grande for a refreshing stroll by the lake!

Fairly clean, boutique hotel with good location close to everything. Location close enough to the best restaurants and points, the national forest and the center...

Fairly clean and EXCEPTIONAL hotel with fantastic location wonderful in the adjoining restaurant, just what I needed. The room was not only bright, but cosy too, and had a mini-bar, central heating, and a multi-channel television. A bathtub in the gorgeous bathroom was super awesome.

The room was exceptionally clean and bright with balconywith a great bed...

The rooms offer character and warmth, perfect for lounging during a rainy day. Enjoying breakfast delivered to the room while soaking in the view of the volcano is a nice touch.

The sauna was also an additional cost, contributing to the overall feeling that not all amenities were included as expected. A locked front door caused some inconvenience during checkout. Luckily, I found a back exit but had to maneuver my luggage over a fence.

The hot tub was fully booked, what a joke! Breakfast hours were far too late for someone like me who has a busy schedule. I can't believe i wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences. I almost thought about giving a good review, but then remembered the lack of attentiveness. Disappointingly mediocre!

The room was perfectly clean with a very big bed, a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the bathroom, which was great. the location close to the center of Pucon was beautiful and fantastic. It was a short walk to the restaurants and the outskirts of town.

This cozy spot was even better in person! The spacious bathroom was a standout, and I loved the hearty breakfast options each morning, especially those pastries. Just wish the balcony view was a bit better.

Clean venue and excellent and affable employees. Perfectly clean room with a gorgeous shower. Stunning location in the national forest. Easy access to Slipstream Sculpture.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing on the deck, especially at sunset! The location is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay.
